Your first assignment, which you will accomplish with a partner in class on Wednesday, will be shooting a simple sequence in close up with the Canon 60d. We won’t worry about sound for this first exercise.
I’m including this short video story by William Hereford for two reasons:
1.) it’s a very nicely shot sequence of a simple task: making a cup of coffee, and
2.) The audio is about another process, which is Nathan Englander‘s thoughts on writing.
At first these two processes seem to have no connection, but then again, when you really think about it, these are really two stories about the same thing.
