Stillmotion is a Canada-based group of young “wedding cinematographers” who use Canons to shoot brilliant pieces.
I attended their workshop in Paris was amazed at how we spent 80% of the time talking about storytelling and only 20% talking about techniques and equipment.
The first of two main products they offer is a longer-form video of the wedding and an incredible SAME-DAY EDIT of the preparation, ceremony and reception. Yes, a beautiful 2-minute video, shot and edited and played AT the reception of the very wedding. Talk about efficiency.
The second is a longer form video, about 15 minutes, that gets a bit deeper into the couple’s story. Here’s one, but their vimeo channel has a ton of inspirational material.
